Founded in 2010 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Stoneboat is
an online, independent journal of literature and arts dedicated to publishing quality fiction, nonfiction, memoir, poetry, artwork, and graphic literature.

We strive to showcase outstanding and diverse work from both emerging and established artists.

Stoneboat publishes biannually (spring and fall).

Editor:
Katie Amundsen is a writer and copyeditor from Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Katie likes trying out new recipes, taking walks along Lake Michigan, and thrifting.

Poetry Editor:
Emilie Lindemann is a poet and writing instructor based in Northeast Wisconsin. You can probably find her walking through snow-covered pine forests, savoring a chocolate croissant, or writing in her floral notebook.

Assistant Poetry Editor:
Colleen Beckloff is a poet, editor, and bookseller from Cleveland, Ohio. She spends her time photographing her two cats, hiking with her partner, and drinking caffeine (though, usually, not all three at once.)

Nonfiction Editor:
Annie Woods is a writer and teacher living in Denton, Texas. She has two goofy cats who are varying degrees of orange. In her free time, Annie likes to wear lipstick and spin in circles.

Fiction Editor:
Josh Zimmerer is a writer based in Denton, Texas but whose heart will always be in Ohio. A reluctant cat dad, he can be found any day of the week worrying if he’s reading the right book or regretting taking that extra sip of coffee.

Assistant Fiction Editor:
Maxwell Quay is a writer and bookseller from Cleveland, Ohio. He is a self-appointed energy drink connoisseur, and cherishes Saturday morning strolls through the local cemetery.
